THURSDAY, MAY 4
12 - 4:00 pm Come early and begin your weekend with a Massage. (Included in your retreat fee!)
4:00 pm Welcome Ceremony/Intention Setting: Receive your welcome gifts and meet your community! On back lawn (weather permitting) or Moon School Room
4:45 pm Ancient Tibetan Breathing with Spiritual Affirmations: Harmonic and Pranic breathing exercises led by Rachel
6:30 pm Dinner with gratitudes led by Chef Andrew
8:00 pm Fireside Sing-a-long and Kirtan
FRIDAY, MAY 5
8:00 am Ancient Tibetan Breathing with Spiritual Affirmations led by Rachel (30 mins)
Harmonic/Pranic/Revitalizing/Inspirational breathing exercises: Moon School Room
8:30 am Hatha Yoga class led by Rachel (60 mins): Moon School Room
9:30 am Continental Breakfast (or walk into town for breakfast)
11:00 am Hiking Adventure (Bring water, lunch or snacks as needed, and your journal.)
2:30 - 5:30 pm Free-time for late lunch in town, journaling, cold water river plunge and hot-tub, or schedule your massage.
5:30 pm Meditation led by TJ

Noon - 1:30 pm Hot 26/2 Yoga class led by Rachel (90 mins) - Moon School Room
3:00 - 4 pm Farewell Ceremony/New Intention Setting: On back lawn (weather permitting) or Moon School Room.
